How to compress images and reduce their size

Modern phone photos are large, and an application site or platform may refuse them for being over the size limit. Compressing a photo reduces its size while keeping it clear enough for most uses.

Filezain’s Compress Images re-saves your photos at the quality you choose, inside your browser.

When you need it

Steps

  1. Open Compress Images and choose one or more images.
  2. Move the quality slider: a lower number means a smaller file.
  3. Press the convert button.
  4. Compare the new size and download the images.
